Hi, I’m Tammie — a fiercely loving, no-nonsense life coach who guides committed adults through the deep, transformative work of healing. My path began in the world of therapy, but coaching gave me the freedom to expand beyond borders — and to blend everything I love: psychology, spirituality, and the body-mind connection.

I specialize in trauma and addiction recovery, and I’m especially drawn to the deep soul work of Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and spiritual growth. If you’re ready to move through the pain, dismantle old conditioning, and reclaim your truest Self — I’m your person.

Healing is not for the faint of heart. It’s messy. It’s hard. It’s soul-deep work. But it is so worth it. I work best with clients who are ready to show up for themselves — who want more than a bandaid — and who are willing to walk the courageous path of transformation. I welcome adults of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. This is a space where all parts of you are honored.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...

Credentials and Approach

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with a foundation in Jungian Depth Psychology, and a second Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. I’m Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — and while I don’t practice therapy anymore, my roots in those traditions deeply inform how I work.

I believe every behavior is meeting a need. My job is to help you uncover that need, embrace the parts that formed around it, and gently expand your choices — so you can move toward freedom, resilience, and Self-leadership. I believe in loving all parts, even the ones that hurt, because they helped you survive.

A Bit More About Me

I’ve walked this path too — through eating disorder recovery, complex trauma, sexual abuse, addiction in the family, divorce, remarriage, step-parenting, and more. I know what it’s like to fight for your own healing.

Also? I sing in a rock band. I’m obsessed with my grandbabies. I’ve written 400 pages of a book. And my part with OCD tendencies (affectionately named Monica after Friends) loves a good organizing spree.

I coach with fierce compassion, deep respect for your inner system, and a big-hearted Momma Bear presence that will both hold you and challenge you to grow.
